Clinical Assistant

Happy Orthodontics is seeking a caring and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant to support our orthodontists chairside and ensure patients receive outstanding care. In this role, you’ll help with patient preparation, assist during procedures, and maintain sterilization standards, all while creating a positive and comfortable experience for every patient. Roles and Responsibilities

As a Clinical Assistant at Happy Orthodontics, you will play a key role in supporting our orthodontists chairside and ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their visits. Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for treatment, assisting with procedures, and maintaining sterilization and infection-control standards. You will also help with patient education, set up and organize clinical equipment, and work closely with the orthodontic team to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, with a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to patient care are essential, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment is key, and while previous orthodontic or dental office experience is considered an asset, it is not required.
